I’m one of the many people that hate to buy a car, simply because of the wheeling and dealing. I love the no haggle concept. My salesman Greg and the sales manager Victor were absolutely awesome. Greg went out with me and walked the entire lot as I looked at each vehicle, answering my questions and asking me questions about what I might want. I instantly felt a connection but I’ve never had before. I only really had to look at one vehicle. I got in it to see if it was comfortable and shortly after went for a test drive. It was exactly what I was looking for and I had no idea that’s what I was looking for. After I talk to Greg and Victor and got a quote for trade,I had to leave to go pick my husband up. I have no intention of getting a vehicle that day. But we went back to the dealership and he really liked the Kia so he test drove it. When we got back he asked me if it was exactly what I want. Of course I said yes. We went inside and talked with Greg and Victor again, left a deposit, and the next day I went back and got my Kia Sorrento. I live in Virginia, I was really excited to get my car and left my title and my registration and my insurance information at home. But they were very kind and my husband was able to send pictures. All in all it was a great experience and I would go back again and again. You have two treasures there Greg and Victor, both kind, humble and helpful human beings. Hard to find these days. Everyone is so friendly. They give you space if you want it to look at cars, which are UNLOCKED so you can actually get in. I haven’t found such a customer friendly experience anywhere else.
