Just because they say they have gone over their check list doesn't mean a thing. I bought a car and within a month I found out the rotors were rusted out - the "new" brakes that they put on her the cheap and glazed over. My salesperson was very nice to work with but because of my $500 brake issue I would not buy another car from them. Also- I emailed them twice with no response at all. I find that unacceptable. I had to call FOUR times to talk to someone when my tags were not mailed to me until after my 30 day tags expired. Started out as good ---but became more and more disappointed with Auction Direct. I came in knowing what I wanted and needed, and we got everything started right away. Unlike most dealers, you can tell that they don’t want to intentionally slow things down and drag them out and/or try everything started right away. Unlike most dealers, you can tell that they don’t want to intentionally slow things down and drag them out and/or try to sell you a specific car. Khalil took the time to listen to me and he was really friendly and quick at getting everything together. The warranty they give on their vehicles is also really important to me. Definitely recommend! More

Came in to see a car I found on the internet, was able to test drive within 10 minutes. Came back the next day and Kay was willing to make time for a trade in evaluation as well as paper work being ready to test drive within 10 minutes.
