We were not completely set on what vehicle we needed. As we were describing our family's needs, he offered up a model we had no knowledge of. We test drove it, and he found another version of the same vehicle for us to test drive and compare to. It turned out to be the perfect fit for us, because it was in-between sizes of other vehicles we were considering. I appreciate him making the car buying experience relaxed, and not at all pressured.
