Eh. They are mediocre. I find this troubling because they are very expensive. If you are going to pay high prices for service the customer service should be top notch. This was my experience. I called the internet phone number listed on their website and got the recorded message that it was the sales office with no option for service. Looked again at the website and went to service and tried that number. I got someone who said they do not take walk ins? (I was hoping to get service that day) and that they could not take me. I was calling at 3pm on a Thursday. Maybe that was a little late but I stressed all I wanted was and oil change. I went to website scheduled service for 20,000 mile standard service for 1pm. Arrived at 12:50 and was told my standard service would be approx $580 by John Whalen the service advisor (nice person btw) This was for an oil change and filter the rest was inspections. Lol! I tried calling service card number for John to find out how much longer till car was done and got the same answering service trying to make appointment. She put me on hold for 6 minutes and then I got an answering machine. I called again and got John on the phone. I asked him if her had an extension so that it would be easier getting service and he gave me a four digit ext. 2 hours later my car was ready and they had washed the outside of it along with the standard service. Riding home I noticed that the mileage on my car was different than the paperwork so I called John to get it corrected. Tried the extension he gave me and it said it was no such extension. So I called and got a different service advisor and she said to send a pic of the mileage and email John. I asked her what his extension was and she gave me the same ext that John did that didn’t work. I told her this and she said you have to dial a 72 before the extension. (Like I shout just know this) I emailed John the mileage info and he emailed back saying he would correct. They are OK. Expensive. Not grade A customer service. Not because of the reps there but jumping through hoops trying to get ahold of anyone and on top of that paying top notch prices. For what you pay they should clean the interior of the car too imo. BTW I opted out of text messaging because I have received unwanted texts early in the morning waking me up. More

Honestly I would say that Audi Albany sales team is pure xxxx! They are not reasonable price and their excuse Audi is best! News flash guys every dealer says that side every car! Never again! They just charged my husband $680.00 for an inspection and oil change. Although he only checked inspection and oil change when he made his appointment online he was advised he needed a "35,000 inspection and oil change. Although he only checked inspection and oil change when he made his appointment online he was advised he needed a "35,000 mile service" which apparently equates to $470.00 in labor to change spark plugs and the oil. Oh wait, they lubricated the door handles as well. Huge loss for them. More

7/25/20 looked at 13 Audi A4 listed & priced for premium plus. It was filthy and clearly not a operable as the front was making loud clicking and no ac working. Spoke to Rik GM whom assured he would”make this right” nothing to date has happened. This dealership was rather cold to us in the start of our interaction walking in. They had not welcomed us and when asking to speak to manager about the condition of car and the disengagement of the staff with us we weren’t brought into a room to discuss, rather in the open area with other buyers(many others in rooms) reached out to auditalk and this is useless as well. Don’t go to this dealer if you expect high service and quality. We ended up at Keeler BMW. Since I’ve dealt with them for my Benz and Honda’s I knew what to expect and got much more than expected! This is a failed “HIGH END” dealership. Buyer beware! More

Kal asked what our current payment was. Wanted to know if we were comfortable with a $500 payment. Told him yes. He pulls an A6 around for me to test drive. It had wood grain plastic accents and looked very cheap. Told him I didn’t like the interior. He gave me a lease price for 36 months, 10k miles. The payment was over $800 per month with 5k down! Told him my 2016 BMW was nicer and $200 less per month with $3500 down and 15k miles per year. He said that was the best he could do. As we were leaving, the GM Rik came out to see if he could assist us. Told him that their price was way over what we expected for the same purchase price as our BMW from 3 years ago. It wasn’t adding up. Rik tells us, you can’t compare an Audi to a BMW. We asked why. His response was “well, that’s what they tell us”. Wow. They? We just leased another BMW from Keeler (Joe). There was no running to/from the finance guy and giving us answers that made no sense. My new 5 series payment is even less than what it was 3 years ago for a 2019!! Needless to say...My Dealer is Keeler!!! More

Between our schedules, and service being finished on our trade in, we had to keep pushing back the closing, but we weren't in a rush and Joe was very accommodating. We're not hard sell people, but when I pushed back at the interest rate versus what my bank was offering James was more than happy to run figures over again until we got it right. Easy Process, happy with the outcome, love my new (to me) car! Thank you. More
