What a great experience! Never has buying a new car been so easy and seamless. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealer, the brand, and the salesman to any one interested in Audi. Working with Abbas Moosavi was both friendly and very professional. He did all he could to make my decision to buy the car an easy decision. He went out of his way to understand my needs and wants in a new vehicle and matched those to the car I purchased. He was more than efficient in every step of the process, very accommodating and truly interested in my satisfaction. I got a great deal! It's frightening when the car is more intelligent than the driver, but that is the way these cars are. Abbas spent a great deal of time with me reviewing the finer points of the settings and "electronics" of the car. After a week, he called to see if I had any questions and we agreed I will schedule a second "lesson" in the very near future. I truly enjoyed purchasing this car and I credit Abbas for making it so. In the end, I purchased a very safe car that is very well appointed, very responsive to the road, giving me the best of all worlds - safety and comfort. Drive one and see what I mean. More

Since I have switched to Langan Audi around 2008, I have had excellent service, particularly working with Jason Hawkyard and Patrick Lynch. My most recent sales experience with Abbas Moosavi was excellent. When purchasing a new car I research my options and already know the specs of the vehicles I am test-driving. I was pleased to see that Abbas knew the vehicles well and was very efficient in exploring his inventory as well as potentially obtaining a nearby vehicle with the exact specs that I was looking for. Abbas helped me to find the perfect choice and very efficiently handled the entire delivery and instruction. This dealer is the only game in town for Audi, but they still make an excellent effort in customer service which is why I have remained loyal to them. More
