I had been been to Langan Audi (along with the other regional BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes dealers- you all know who they are) a few times the past couple of years with varying results during my auto resear regional BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes dealers- you all know who they are) a few times the past couple of years with varying results during my auto research phase, and at times couldn't even get the salesperson to walk off the sales floor to look at the cars on the lot. The personnel was always different, and some tended to be aloof, and either directed me to smaller models or recommended used vehicles, not really listening to what my interests were, and rarely, if ever, offering a test drive. This all changed with Abbas, who although he was preparing a vehicle for delivery when I walked in to Langan, took the time not only to hear me out, but also to take me out on a test drive. While the economics were leading to an S4, he didn't refuse me the opportunity to take an S5 for a followup test drive, which spoiled me for any other car on the lot. Despite not being prepared to buy at the time, Abbas worked very hard to help me get me into the S5. The management team a at Langan obviously supports their sales staff, and the service team is excellent. I recently switched over a set of winter wheels, and was unable to take the extra set back with me, so they delivered them to my home, stowing them in my garage for the winter. Every time I go to Langan for service, I always find the clients to be happy with their vehicle and the staff, and well served. In fact when I was there the Friday after thanksgiving, I met a gentleman from Boston who bought his A5 there after test driving with Abbas. He told me he couldn't get any dealer in the Boston area to work with him, and decided to check out Langan as he was visiting a friend in the area for the holiday. His experience with Abbas mirrored mine, and he was driving his new Audi home that evening. In short, good people, good service, good product. Winning combination. More

My wife and I had reached the age in our lives that we decided to start our "bucket list" of fun. Hers was an Audi TT, mine was a MINI ALL 4. Of course, ladies first, so off to Langan Audi East. We had seen on-line a 2014 "used" TT with 800 miles on it. We figured it was a typo, should maybe 8000. So off we went on a road trip to check it out. We had already done our home work on specs, prices, etc., and had no intention on buying the first visit. When we arrived at Langan, a Saturday, it was very busy. We were immediately greeted by Michael Lardizabal, and explained why were there. He showed us to the showroom and said he would be right back with us when he finished sending another customer out on a test ride. He was back very quickly, we asked about the TT and he said the mileage was correct, and that an elderly woman had ordered it, but had second thoughts after she had it for a week. She said it was just a bit to sporty for her life style and traded for something more in line with her needs. Michael said that this never happens because they pride themselves at Langan in fitting the correct vehicle to each customer. He said if we were serious about the TT, they would make us a fabulous deal. They gave us their cost numbers and asked us to make them a fair offer. We were prepared with our numbers, gave them an offer that Michael took to his manager, 5 minutes later it was accepted. We picked it up the next week, and as they say "wifey happy, lifey happy". We are very happy with our experiences with Langan and Michael, and as a side note, he offered to call the MINI dealer and ask the manager to treat us well, which they did, and now I have the MINI Countryman ALL 4. More

My experience was great. I was immediately offered a test drive on my own (after all, these cars really sell themselves). There was no high pressure sales tactics. He came across as sincere when offering his opinion between various makes/models of cars (for both Audi and non-Audi) as well as the various options/accessories on the particular model I was considering. My experience with this dealership has been excellent from the start. The first thing he asked was if he could get us a coffee or drink. He then politely asked us what we were looking for and took us over to the Q5’s he had in stock. Without even asking for it he handed us the keys to a 2013 and said go for a ride…So we did. After the ride he was even keeled and applied no pressure what so ever to us and encouraged us to talk it over for a few days as to the model, options, and purchase price. The one we wanted was very custom and was not local, so within a day he located several Q5's in a tri-state area for us to choose from, and all with competitive pricing. We wound up getting one from out of state and it was like a breeze getting it here and finalizing the deal. I did my home work and I know we got the best deal we could from Langan Audi. Since the purchase last year we have had our Q5 in for minor servicing and both times their service personal were great. In fact on our first service visit my salesman hooked us up with an A6 for the loaner car which was quite nice to drive…Almost didn’t want to give it back… In a nutshell I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone because of their professionalism and courtesy, and in closing I would like to say my next car will more than likely come from Langan Audi. I have been going to Langan for 2 years now and have bought 2 cars already. They have been so great to me and my family. Wether it be service or sales, the staff is always warm, knowledgable, accommodat bought 2 cars already. They have been so great to me and my family. Mike Lardizabal has sold me both cars and after these 2 years I would consider him a close friend. He always looks out for me and helps me make the best decisions in both the purchases of both cars and their service. He has helped me with every aspect of pre and post purchase experience... Mike and the whole staff even came together one day when I called for help after an accident to make sure I was safe and got home to my family in one piece. I also should mention that I don't even live in New York and drive over an hour to see them. After these 2 years and everything I have experienced at Langan, I would consider them friends and don't plan on going anywhere else for any of my audi needs. More
