Finally decent service!! I was very skeptical to return for service. The previous service team were incompetent!!! It's a long story, but I was stranded in Albany recently and needed a new set of hard-to-find tires for my 2017 Audi Q7 before I could continue on saf It's a long story, but I was stranded in Albany recently and needed a new set of hard-to-find tires for my 2017 Audi Q7 before I could continue on safely with my family to my vacation destination. Although I didn't have an appointment, and I was from out of town (Pittsburgh), I planted myself first thing Monday morning in front of Albany Audi's Service Center and was ready to beg for them to squeeze me in. Sure enough (and without much begging), they took care of me in my time of need. They had the tires I needed in stock, and got right to work on my Q7 tire replacement and alignment. Samantha and all the others in parts/service were great... and very sympathetic to my difficult situation. In summary, the kind Audi Albany Service people got my family back on the road (on safe tires) and saved our vacation! Thanks so much for going the extra mile! (no pun intended).
