Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable Brought the car in for its 1st 10,000 mile checkup/tire rotation and also to detail the car with the protectant finish. I was loaned a car. The car was done ahead of schedule and the detail job was excellent. Service staff was terrific and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Patrick was my service agent and he's so good at what he does. More

Horrible service. Terrible service experience on my 2013 Q5 last month. 1st) They misplaced my lug key from past service and I didnt even know I was driving around for Terrible service experience on my 2013 Q5 last month. 1st) They misplaced my lug key from past service and I didnt even know I was driving around for 2+ years without the ability to remove my tires...sweet??? 2nd) They failed my inspection because of tires at 4/32 when state and federal spec is 2/32??? After removing the old inspection sticker from my windshield they kindly offered to sell me new tires for $400 more than most local tire centers....Lovely huh especially since Jiffy Lube didi the inspection with no problem???. 3rd) And here's the final kicker...Because I didn't get my oil changed by them (they wanted 170.00+ by the way) they refused to reset my internal service due alarm which by the way needs a special computer and software...Fantastic GIVEN THE FACT I PURCHASED A $55,000 SUV FROM THEM. When Langan's owned this dealership they would reset it with no problem, but unfortunately this dealership is under new ownership from Florida and it's obvious the Langen's aren't running the show anymore. GM, Ford, and Chrysler make it a point and hold their dealerships accountable for poor service but when I Called Audi USA they said they have very little if no power over dealerships...Hum no accountability across this corporation either??? BUYER BEWARE!!!!....I will also be reporting them to the BBB as well as the state attorneys office for not following state and federal inspection requirements. What Audi Albany have effectively told me is they don't want my return business and at least there they have succeeded...In closing my service rep Patrick Lynch whom I have known for years was (as always) friendly and respectful which I feel needs to be noted here. More

But what sticks in my mind after three consecutive visits over several years is how great the service at Audi Albany is EVERY time. Friendly, up-front, on-time, relaxing waiting space. I have not purchased a car here, but the Service experience will lead me there eventually when it's time to trade in. Keep up the good work, folks! More

Friendly Welcome and made comfortable. I was there for a service my TTRS on a Saturday in which is perfect for me because I work long hours all week. While I was there Abbas came over and g I was there for a service my TTRS on a Saturday in which is perfect for me because I work long hours all week. While I was there Abbas came over and greeted me and asked how everything was going. Made me feel welcomed.
