We went to Audi Allentown on a Saturday, just to have a look around. It was there we met Jerome. His approach from the moment we met him, to the close of the sale was very low pressure, I'm only interested in helping you but a new car - if that's what you want. Zero pressure. Jerome led us through a car buying experience like I've never had before. He was straightforward, honest, fair and extremely easy to work with. The whole process was simple. That Saturday, it just didn't feel like we'd be able to complete a deal, due to my lease terms. But on Monday, Jerome called and they had worked out a deal, that made decision making very simple. I researched cars on Autotrader and found a newer used car with low mileage that we liked at Audi Allentown. We approached Jerome on the lot to talk about the car and Jerome was very pleasant to work with. The entire visit with Jerome was very low pressure. We were at three other dealerships before we arrived at Audi Allentown. Two of the three dealerships did nothing but talk about their "pre-negotiated" no haggle pricing or how their dealership gets no traffic due to their geographic location and they have to use "bait" cars to bring in customers and weren't willing to work with us on the price. The third sold the car that I drove an hour to look at. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a good interaction after the previous three encounters with other dealerships.
