Ross, my sales associate and everyone at the dealership was great. The sales manager Brian gave me a great deal up front.....no haggling, pressure or "normal" sales tactics. Needless to say, I left with a new Q5. AJ and Nick in finance dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's. The credit process was very smooth and painless. I would highly recommend the dealership as a whole, very professional and low pressure. They let the car sell itself. Free bottles of water too! More

Since I am very busy I showed up unexpected multiple times over the next few weeks and he was happy to find a way to answer my questions. Having a 1 year old and limited time they made the process very smooth and didn't have that typical dealer feel that I felt at other luxury dealers. I was even un happy with the detail of my S3 and they gave me a nice loaner and went above and beyond to make sure it looked better than anything i could do when i picked it up. Even though we only got our vehicles 4 months ago we are already looking forward to our next purchase from Jerome and Audi of Allentown. More
