Since I am very busy I showed up unexpected multiple times over the next few weeks and he was happy to find a way to answer my questions. Having a 1 year old and limited time they made the process very smooth and didn't have that typical dealer feel that I felt at other luxury dealers. I was even un happy with the detail of my S3 and they gave me a nice loaner and went above and beyond to make sure it looked better than anything i could do when i picked it up.
