I then asked for the team member to come out and show me of which he then stated, ‘I think he is at lunch.’ At this point, I would THINK he would start to problem solve that I needed more direction and help and offer to find someone else to show me, but I had to prompt ‘Can we please see if he is back from lunch?’ Jade called, he was not back from lunch, of which Jade’s response was ‘I guess I can look around for where it should be’. Thankfully, the manager Nate from the glass office came out and assured me he would show me where it was and explained that the RS5 is unique in how the trunk setup is arranged to store the key and tire iron. As a customer I seek the pickup from service moment to be one of confident affirmation that all has been fixed and can be explained to me. Jade was too informal in recognizing the importance of what I needed to be shown. Thank you to Nate who stepped in. More
