After taking my Audi to a mechanic and spending $700 to have tests done, he could not finish the work in a timely fashion so we decided to bring the car from Delaware to Allentown so Allentown Audi could f have tests done, he could not finish the work in a timely fashion so we decided to bring the car from Delaware to Allentown so Allentown Audi could finish the work. There was an agreement between myself and Service writers at the facility and they instead all they did was redo the test that were already done in charge me $600 and then did not defend me in my Warranty issue. I feel like they sided with the warranty company and there was a blown engine, a dead engine from a defect after only 80,000 miles. It was the 3.0 V6 engine in a 2017 Audi Q7. I just don’t feel like I was listening to. I don’t trust them and I would never go back and recommend not to go back. There’s other Audi dealers or actually even better car manufacturers. More
