The scheduled oil change, 10,000 mile service and annual state inspections went as expected. However, I had reported that there was an issue with the sunroof on my previous visit and I was recommended to di state inspections went as expected. I was told that the parts necessary to repair the sunroof would be ordered and available the next day. I checked in yesterday as recommended. I was in the show room while waiting for the warranty repair. After an hour wait, I was called over and explained that the repair cannot be completed due to the part was incorrectly ordered. Now, if I resided in the area it would have been a small inconvenience. However, I travel approximately an hour and ten minutes, one way, to have my car serviced at your dealership which is where I originally purchased my A4. Now, I have to return for a third visit which is accumulation of more than a six hours commute. Not including the time of the service repair. Please note that I chose Audi Allentown for it’s reputation of reliable and excellent service. Considering that I have both Audi Ft Washington and Audi Warrington within 20 minutes from my home. Nevertheless, Truly an absolute inconvenience for me but it is a training opportunity for your service staff. I hope my recent service experience provides you with the basis for improvement. More
