My mechanic diagnosed the problem with the cooling system of my car and said it was a big job that he preferred not to do. Dropping off the car for service was easy. Staff were polite and helpful. Once my car problem was diagnosed, I received a detailed text and video explaining the problem and the cost of repairs. My car was fixed and ready for pick up the next day. (Greater than 5 hour job with parts needed, I thought it would take much longer). Pick up was easy. Repair appears successful with car running well on hour drive home. Great communication with polite, friendly staff. A speedy successful repair. Definitely a five star dealership experience. More
