During my 9/07/23 10K mile maintenance, I had a detailed conversation RE whether or not I needed alternate winter/snow tires. At that time, it was confirmed that the existing tires on the car on 9/07/23 were 'all weather' tires and I would not need to purchase snow tires for the winter season. Much to my disappointment, on my 11/27 appt to replace a front tire, I was told that all tires on the SQ5 were NOT all weather tires and I would therefore need to purchase 4 winter (all weather) tires if I wished to do so. To this point, I have a scheduled appointment to purchase & install 4 winter tires however, I am disappointed that the original 'all weather' tire details provided to me on 9/07 were inaccurate.
