I did elsewhere. Look it up. The service work was fine. Only two complaints. 1) the service tech called me to explain a video texted to me showing my tire wear. He sp Look it up. He spoke so fast and jumbled the quote for new tires I could not understand. I will buy my tires elsewhere. 2) the service tech at he end of that phone call said my car would ready in 10-15 minutes. I drove the loaner back at about that time and went to service desk . The service manager said it was not ready. I grabbed a cup of coffee and sat in the TV area, expecting a short stay. 2-3 episodes of Modern Family and Big Bang Theory (1-1.5 hours) I get up and check with the service manager again. He goes, 'let me check, oh, someone slipped it in here and I didn't notice' You have a beautiful facility but I do not need to spend 1-1.5 hours waiting there. More
