Had a warning light come on my Q5 and left car at service late Sunday. Monday morning early received a note from Audi Allentown they would contact me. After some back and forth, the problem was qui service late Sunday. Monday morning early received a note from Audi Allentown they would contact me. After some back and forth, the problem was quickly diagnosed, I received a video of the suspected problem. I agreed to the suggested repair and picked up the car later that day. It’s running well. It was expensive for plugs and coils but it was resolved quickly and seems to be a correct diagnosis. Jade was great- responsive and polite. Robin More
