Sorry if this is a second email. Not sure if the one I sent directly to your email at the dealership went through and I wanted to make sure you received. You contacted me as a result of a review that I put on the auto dealer website. I did email back to you that you could contact me if you were interested. I do want to have a conversation with you in addition to my dissatisfaction over how my service call was handled yesterday, I’m reviewing my invoice and I noticed that on page 2 of this invoice there are five items that are under the recommended not done/declined service. The only service that I declined when I was speaking with Anthony Ravida was my rear brakes at $1100. There’s also declined service for front brakes, front wiper blades, washer concern and steering concern. None of these items were ever discussed with me or declined services by me. I’m concerned about the item that says steering concern. Is this a safety issue with my car.? I find it very interesting that it’s on my invoice that I declined service on something that was never discussed with me. I received someone else’s inspection results with the list of their recommended repairs and when I questioned Anthony about it he said oh you got the wrong one. None of that needs to be done. All we need to worry about is your back brakes and that’s when I question the cost and he said $1100 and I declined that service so please call me I expect a call from you 216-390-8196 and I want to address the steering concern issue. There’s no way I would’ve paid $110 for wiper blades, if asked and I’m not quite sure what the washer concern is at a cost of $74.20? So please give me a call I want to discuss this item that’s on this invoice with you and whether or not the steering concern with a cost to repair of over $600 is a safety issue with my car. 216-390-8196 Diane Schmidt
