I just received my floor and trunk mats for my Audi etron delivered to my doorstep courtesy of Randy Green!!! I had such a great experience working with him. He truly made my day. Here’s a brief summary of the events: I bought my etron in October from another local Audi dealer. I subsequently returned there to order floor mats. After waiting several days and making many follow up phone calls I was I formed that the floor mats I wanted were not available. This is where Randy gets involved. I called him at Audi bethesda and he guaranteed me that the mats were available and that he could deliver them to my door and at a discount!! He called me over the course of the next few days to inform me of delays and then personally delivered the mats to UPS once they arrived to his office. This is the level of service that I would have expected from the dealership where I bought my car but did not get. Audi Bethesda has won my respect and business going forward. Thank you so much. More
