I purchased my new 2021 Audi A5 Sportback from this dealer back in August 2021 & worked with Jimmy who provided phenomenal service every step of the way. Jimmy also made sure I was satisfied with the car and went through the basics of the new car and also helped with trade-in of my other vehicle as well. The experience was a disaster from the first moment. I knew I wanted the car and I was ok with the price. When I got to the dealer to pick it up, Jimmy was not there so I left after 30 min, just to get a knew I wanted the car and I was ok with the price. When I got to the dealer to pick it up, Jimmy was not there so I left after 30 min, just to get a call asking "where I am?" The car was brought to my house with food stuck on the glove compartment and dirt all over the main panel. 2 weeks later I get a notice saying "you need to pass emissions inspection or we can't get your plates". First notice! It happens that they sent me the notice while out of town, but don't worry 2 days later an email saying "pass emissions or we will have to charge you more". On top of that, you don't get emails or notifications from Audi Bethesda. You get emails from EuroMotorcars that always end on the Spam Folder (which may indicate something about their marketing practices, I guess). More
