These guys ROCK Took my Q7 in for what I thought was a simple fried fuse or loose wire keeping my steering wheel from moving horizontally. Oh boy was I wrong- they en Took my Q7 in for what I thought was a simple fried fuse or loose wire keeping my steering wheel from moving horizontally. Oh boy was I wrong- they ended-up having to replace the entire steering column & wheel! Fortunately, I was covered under my Certified plan’s warranty, but well-beyond that, Service Mgr George Chala & his STELLAR tech (I didn’t catch his name) went to great, unexpected lengths to take care of us. Running inspections over the entire car, they found another would-be costly issue with timing chain tensioners, replaced items affected, test-drove the Q repeatedly, making adjustments to be sure the timing was perfect. It took a bit to order parts in, but again, George stepped-up & made sure I had a proper loaner to lessen the pain. Can’t say enough about the great treatment we get every time we have to go in for service (which fortunately isn’t too often, because when something’s wrong they always nail it making it right!)
