Audi Service Center experience is really great. I met with my advisor, David Cohen, who always makes my service experience easy and simple. We discussed a recall issued by Audi on the Q7 along with a couple of other service issues needed based on the mileage of my car. Since i purchased the car when my lease expired, he suggested I consider the value of purchasing the Audi Care package, which would cover this service and a couple more service visits in the future. In reviewing this option it penciled out and I purchased the package. He'd also reserved a loaner vehicle, while my car was in service and that worked out very well. He followed up with me on the progress of the service and contacted me when my car was ready for pick up. My experience has always been good with Audi Beverly HIlls and I would recommend this dealership and any of my friend who own Audi's to contact David, if and when they need to service their cars. More

appreciate carlos' thoroughness. I bought my 2018 S5 Prestige from Farhad in late June 2017. I love the car although i had to adjust to it a bit. I've been a manual shift driver al I bought my 2018 S5 Prestige from Farhad in late June 2017. I love the car although i had to adjust to it a bit. I've been a manual shift driver all my life, and my last three cars were Porsches. The automation in the new car sometimes irritates me...e.g. "remote key not recognized"! and other warnings. I also liked the puddle lights on the A4 courtesy car and wished they'd been included in my S5...wonder why not? i bought the top of the line model and it would seem that these would have been included. I've been to Audi BH around 5 x with various software issues. Wonder if that was because i bought an early 2018 S5. I also had a technician put too much oil in my car on the first service visit from new. I had to come back and had it drained. Tech thought it was an A5. Duh. The A5 loaner from Wednesday was really nice, however. I chose Audi BH because the inventory was great, much better than SM Audi. Thank you very much. The center on Fairfax is much better and less congested than the Wilshire branch. More
