Good service department but had some issues PROS: Easy to make the appointment, and to reserve a loaner. Only waited 10 minutes when I arrived. Forgot my cel phone in car and they got I back for PROS: Easy to make the appointment, and to reserve a loaner. Only waited 10 minutes when I arrived. Forgot my cel phone in car and they got I back for me quickly after I called. George returned my phone thankfully. CONS: supposedly my service included maintenance and lubrication for the sunroof, however it does not appear this was done as it is screeching and getting stuck. Prior to the service my brakes were fine, very low mileage and light usage in my car. Now my brakes are not the same even though this was not part of my service it seems something was done to them. They smelled like burning brake pads the day I picked up the car, and the sound they make when I stop is different now. Also, I was not aware my audi care expires two months before my appointment. They charged me for the whole service over $1,200 just because I was 8 weeks delayed in making my appointment (due to a cross country move). More
