Excellent diagnostic and customer service Converted to Audi BH from a different dealership. Prior dealership failed to accurately diagnose an oil consumption issue for over 3 yrs. I was ready Converted to Audi BH from a different dealership. Prior dealership failed to accurately diagnose an oil consumption issue for over 3 yrs. I was ready to get rid of the car. One evening I happened to pass by Audi BH and went in to ask what they might be able to do. Audi BH fixed the problem on my 1st visit. Have been bringing my car to them ever since. Yes, dealership svc is usually more expensive than an indie shop. But 2 indie shops told me to "just carry an extra quart of oil in your car." So as long as I can afford it, I'll have Audi BH work on my car. More
