Car service Great service. I came with no reservation for my first car service. Ken was polite and helpful even if a gentleman at the desk outside was not very he Great service. I came with no reservation for my first car service. Ken was polite and helpful even if a gentleman at the desk outside was not very helpful and not aware on how to proceed with "no reservation customer". I understood later that he was not a dealership employee, but perhaps they should be trained to refer to a Service Emoloyee to avoid customers frustration. Thank you More
