Bad engine This is my worst Audi ever. Total engine replacement. Then an injector replacement. And now another injector replacement, this time out of warranty. B This is my worst Audi ever. Total engine replacement. Then an injector replacement. And now another injector replacement, this time out of warranty. Because I have only $30K miles on the car, the dealership split the cost with me. I'm not exactly sure how that works, but between their willingness to do something they didn't have to do, their willingness multiple times to keep my car for weeks while I've been on travel, take it without appointment as I limp in, and Harry's attentiveness to all of it, I'd recommend BH Audi to anyone. We're taking my wife's Audi there from now on as our more local dealership has become as unhelpful as BH is helpful. Will I ever get another Audi? No, this is a poor quality car and I'm tired of the hassle. But I'd recommend BH Audi to anyone as a model of what a service department should be. More
