The A6 15 K inspection and service was nominal Our Service Adviser Chris Woodson is exemplary. Efficient and knowledgeable about autos in general and my Audi A6 in particular. The dealership wa Our Service Adviser Chris Woodson is exemplary. Efficient and knowledgeable about autos in general and my Audi A6 in particular. The dealership was impeccably clean and ran like a well oiled machine. I appreciate the loaner which was made available to me, and allowed the mobility I needed during the period the service was performed. That said the biggest challenge Beverly Hills Audi has seems to be its own success. Chris did everything he could to expedite the service time. For my part I checked what a 15K Service entailed, and concluded that the greatest part of the service period was "Waiting" between service functions. I brought the car 15 Mins. early (9:45AM) for the 10 AM Appt., it wasn't ready until about 3PM. Now, on the surface that doesn't sound bad. However, as we Angelenos well know at 3 O'Clock our rush hours is already alive and well underway. So for me, a Los Feliz resident, it means the trip which took about 45 minutes to B.H. took an hour forty five minutes home! Not good. More
