Incredible service! I met Edwin back in August when I stopped at the dealership where my A8L came from. We recently got a new garage door opener and I couldn't link the I met Edwin back in August when I stopped at the dealership where my A8L came from. We recently got a new garage door opener and I couldn't link the car up with the new garage door opener so I stopped at the dealership. The first couple of guys said they couldn't help me but they said if I could wait, the Audi tech guru, Edwin, would be with me. He thought he successfully programmed the opener to the car but gave me his cell phone number and business card and said if it didn't work, he'd come to my house. I misplaced his card and recently came upon it, and it's been 4 months but he remembered me! And today, on New Year's Day, Edwin came to my house and successfully programmed our gate and garage door opener to my A8! He wasn't my sales person and there was nothing in it for him. Now that's service! More
