First, But Very Positive, Experience with Audi Beverly Hills Though admittedly I did purchase my car earlier this year through another (Santa Monica) I did choose to bring to Beverly Hills for this service need Though admittedly I did purchase my car earlier this year through another (Santa Monica) I did choose to bring to Beverly Hills for this service need based on the (not so good) purchase experience at SM plus ease of location to my home. I was never more pleased with my service experience. From the moment I called to make the appointment, straight through the dealings with my Service Rep Chris Woodson I was treated as if I was a long term, "best customer". Chris was thorough, professional, accurate and answered my many questions with a patient yet important manor. And, frankly I nearly dropped my phone when he called the morning I left car to just "check in" and let me know where we were. Also, he made ease of getting a loaner very easy as it was clear my car would need to be left overnight. Also very impressed with texts I received indicating car was ready as well as Chris' still professional greeting as I stood at cashier. The entire experience was superb and I know when it comes time to purchase the next Audi I will do so through Beverly Hills. More

No one explained to me what was wrong with the car or what was fixed about the car, which I thought was strange. More
