1st Service Experience at Lavery Porsche This was my first ever visit to Fred Lavery Porsche, I did not buy my car from this dealership and it is 11 years old at this point...why does that ma This was my first ever visit to Fred Lavery Porsche, I did not buy my car from this dealership and it is 11 years old at this point...why does that matter? It matters because I was treated as if I was their best customer ever, from the receptionist answering the phone, to the service manager, to the technician who actually worked on my car. John the service manager was so intent on making sure he understood the issues I was having with my car that he took me to meet the technician so all three of us would be on the same page with it's repair. Kern the technician took the time to dig down with questions to make sure he understood where I was coming from so he didn't waste his time and my money diagnosing and repairing the car. Once the work was completed Kern called me to explain what he had done and the steps he took to fix the car, which included a few tests and diagnostic processes that he felt were necessary to verify no other outlying issues would pop up after the fact. And the icing on the cake was that I was only charged for the actual "repair" and not any of the extra things they did as a precautionary measure. Five Star Experience without a doubt! More

Did not resolve my problem I have a new car. there's a noise from the wheel (it sounds) when the car goes over 50mph. Googling this issue there seems to be a lot of others who I have a new car. there's a noise from the wheel (it sounds) when the car goes over 50mph. Googling this issue there seems to be a lot of others who have had this problem. They claim it was the antenna on the roof which is not correct. How can they spend 4hrs on my car then tell me that? i know that's not the cause of the sound and i'm not in service in the automotive industry! They also did not have a loner car available for over a month. Though, i heard them tell someone on the phone that they had one for that person. They must base it off of type of service or something but maybe they could be honest about that. They also don't do body work but failed to mention that over the phone when i told them i needed some done. I assume they wanted the money for the oil change and other service i was requesting. I wont be going back and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone. More
