I was working with Jonathan Harris over the phone on a Audi Q7. I am an out of state buyer going to buy the car sight unseen. I asked Jonathan to figure a invoice with the final price with no additional charges except the sales tax. 5 hours later he send me an invoice with additional charges for upgrades that I didn't ask for and only a $550.00 dollar reduced rate on the car was offended when I told him that he was wasting my time. I had already arranged for airfare for a driver to fly and pick up. He obviously didn't understand what I wanted. More
