Unlike most dealership sales experiences, my wife’s and my time with the Audi of Birmingham team was pleasant from the moment we arrived. We had our guards up due to other experiences with different dealerships who didn’t listen to our needs and requests, so it was a shock to us as the Audi team honestly helped us find the exact vehicle we were looking for. Once we found the car we wanted, the process to buy was straight forward with no hidden fees or coercion to buy products for the car that we didn’t ask for. Also, it was pleasant going to a dealership with a website that accurately stated which vehicles were on the lot. For the first time in our experience buying a new car my wife and I enjoyed ourselves and when we left we never second guessed our decision.
