I recently bought a new Audi at Audi Brookline. I worked with the manager Tim Veiga and also Silvio Santos. Silvio was also very professional and extremely patient while instructing me in the use of the computer and other important things I needed to know. All timelines were met, all promises kept,and I did not have to wait for anyone or anything. It was a very impressive experience. I highly recommend Audi Brookline. More

Audi Brookline is top class auto service as usual! Aramayis helped me and he was great. The procedure was not complicated but initially they told me that was going to take from 90 to 13 minutes but in Aramayis helped me and he was great. The procedure was not complicated but initially they told me that was going to take from 90 to 13 minutes but instead My Q3 was ready to go after less then 1 hour! Thanks Aramayis!!! The new facility is state of the art. I was able to easily schedule an appointment and arrange for a loaner. The service rep contacted me with the diagnosis of the issue.
