Some bumps in the buying process, though: For the test drive my wife took, sales did not explain the operation of the gear shift lever thoroughly. My wife had never come across a gear shift such as the one Audi has. The RTA form sent to insurance agent was missing the name of the co-owner. It was corrected, but delayed the buying process. The owner's manual was missing when I asked to see it. Sales did not know it was missing. Sales suggested getting an online version. Sales found a manual a little while later. Sales said I would need to come back another day for the inspection. Sales later said service could do it right away. After returning home, one of the key fobs had a dead battery. More
