From Cheyenne greeting us as we came in,and her remembering us by name every time we came in, and Jay Rosoff with his knowledge of the product, who, by the way, was a breath of fresh air! He was funny and charismatic and made us feel comfortable in buying the car and made himself available whenever we had questions or wanted to come in a few times to test drive a few cars until we felt which one was the best choice for us! Laurie Gallo and Nick Parsons are masters at what they do and do everything with humor and grace!! All in all it was a fantastic experience and the car,the Audi Q5 we bought, is beautiful!
