I expressed my concerns to Allen Parsons when we went into the showroom at Audi Cape Cod an After owning 3 Q5’s I wasn’t sure I liked the newer style. I expressed my concerns to Allen Parsons when we went into the showroom at Audi Cape Cod and he suggested I test drive a 2019 Moonlight Blue with nougat, (I prefer the name ‘cinnamon’,) interior. I was easily converted and Allen worked very patiently so we felt comfortable with a deal. His demeanor is the antithesis of every other car dealer I’ve ever dealt with in the past. He listens, researches possibilities and makes it happen when a decision is made. Both my husband and I have dealt with another Audi dealer on the South Shore and were so turned off by their tactics we decided to give Cape Cod Audi a try. We met Allen when we walked in and he completely understood and respected where we were coming from. Best car experience ever! Allen Parsons is fabulous to deal with. Amazing experience start to finish I had been looking for an RS3 for a while. Cape Cod Audi was one of the first dealerships to get one in stock that was a reasonable drive. Walking in I had been looking for an RS3 for a while. Cape Cod Audi was one of the first dealerships to get one in stock that was a reasonable drive. Walking in the door an hour before they closed I was greeted by a friendly smile and asked what they could do to help me. I told them I was interested in a white 2019 RS3. They said they would grab a sales person for me. This is when I met Brandon. We asked what exactly brought me to their dealership and from there it was smooth sailing. He grabbed the car and pulled it up front. We looked over the car and then he introduced me to Anthony who assisted with valuing my current trade. They made the process very simple. I returned two days latter with my vehicle. At this time I met Laurie who went through all the paper work. The Process was extremely simple and the staff was amazing. I would recommend Audi Cape Cod to anyone looking to purchase/lease an Audi. More
