From Matt Farrell, who was moving cars on the back lot on a bitter cold day, who was kind enough to take the time to talk to us, to explain and praise the features of the Q3 we were interested in. Allen Parsons, who answered all our questions, and explained in detail the workmanship of the Audi. He made the uncertainty of buying a vehicle disappear, and the process became fun. Lastly, John Wilkinson in finance, who made it ever so easy to hand over a check, and thoroughly explained to us what service plan would best fit our needs. More
