Cary Audi -- they care and are the best! When I noticed that my 2009 A4 was low on oil (bar on electronic graph did not show), I called Wayne Fields, my service advisor, about the issue. He recommended that I bring the car in, and they would top it up with oil (at no charge). Two days later, I did that, and they not only topped the oil, but the other fluids as well. That extra step is just one example of how caring they are about their customers. That is one reason why we have been Audi owners for 29 years. More

They even reminded me that it was time for my yearly State Inspection which they handled for me while the car was there for service. Brilliant dealership. Honest, staffed with a set of friendly desk staff, and some excellent technicians.
