Be prepared to get charged! !! Brought my car in for a non-working door handle - apparently a big problem with Audi's. Was charged over 300.00 to have them look at it. Service !! Brought my car in for a non-working door handle - apparently a big problem with Audi's. Was charged over 300.00 to have them look at it. Service guy neglected to tell me that little tidbit. Service doesn't "fix" anything anymore.- they just tell you what the new part cost will be. Will never deal with these guys again. More

Our sales person was the only reason we purchased here. We had looked at several other places but Andre M made the difference with his no pressure kind presence. The young man who did the paperwork didn’t seem to know what he was doing, he even came back to me as I was leaving asking for “missing” papers and seemed lost and frantic. I had no copies of anything so I don’t know what he needed. This made me very uncomfortable about the whole ordeal. Two days after I left another person called saying they missed a signature on my credit check and now needed it two days after they did the check. The whole experience of the finance part seemed frazzled and unprofessional and definitely makes me worried something could be wrong. More
