SLIMY EXPERIENCE. I purchased a used Lexus from salesperson Marvin Munoz. 1) Bait and Switch - the price advertised was not the actual sales price once I showed up I purchased a used Lexus from salesperson Marvin Munoz. 1) Bait and Switch - the price advertised was not the actual sales price once I showed up to sign paperwork. They had included add-ons that I did not agree to. 2) This was a cash transaction and paperwork completion took less than 15 minutes, however, I was made to wait almost 2 hours so that by the time I got to the final person to sign contracts I was exhausted, frustrated and anxious to get finished. I insisted to this individual that I was NOT paying for the add ons and she insisted that they were included at no extra charge. This was a lie. 3) I was asked to put a $500 deposit down to "hold the car" until we signed paperwork the following day. The deposit was not credited and has not been refunded despite multiple requests. I have had to go through the tedious process of disputing the charge with my CC company to get my money back. When I called the finance manager the next day, Willie Richardson, he talked in circles for 45 minutes without addressing any of my concerns with the clear intention of wearing me down. I emailed the manager of Audi Central and got no response. Regardless of the fact that I purchased a new car from them 4 years ago, this is the treatment I received. I politely informed them that this would be the end of our business relationship and his response was to buy another car from them so he could make it up to me. It's been over 30 days and I am still waiting for my $500. They managed to ruin the entire experience of buying my teen her first car. More

Bought a q5 in May 2022 Took more than 5hrs to get through all the paperwork. Had to come back two because I was told I didn’t sign a particular document. I am reasonably satisfied as I purchased a nice low mileage CPO Audi Q5 at a market price and the salesperson was pleasant, and tried her best to expedite the sales process. While I am happy with the car, I was not fully satisfied with the dealership experience for a few reasons: 1) there was a surprise — at least to me — mandatory charge for dealer installed options - permaplate coating and an anti theft feature - that added ~$1,000 to the price. I did not see much value in these options but it was too late to get them removed. Since they were not optional they should have been specified and added to advertised price on the internet and dealer websites. I found this lack of transparency and upfront pricing annoying and it left me with a bad taste. My family has purchased 5 used cars from 5 different dealers in Houston over the last few years, none of whom added “mandatory” extras to the price 2) I was offered a lousy price for my car as a trade in, $5,000 less than Caravana where I since seamlessly sold my car 3) the paperwork took a long time to complete, mostly because the business manager was busy with other customers and 4) there was calculation/clerical error in the paperwork. This resulted in me being told to pay a lower balance when I picked up the car, which got corrected a few days later. As mentioned, overall an okay experience but it was not as transparent and crisp a transaction as I would have liked and would have expected from a luxury car dealership. More
