Don’t trust their service department, they scheduled my vehicle for repairs as a 2-3 hour job. Had to take off work and drive 1.5 hours one way for them to say they can’t do it today and they don’t have an vehicle for repairs as a 2-3 hour job. Never heard of a dealership not having ANY vehicles to loan, poor customer service on the dealership themselves. Wish we had other options for Audi dealerships in this area.
