Most of the transaction was done over the phone. Jonathan gave me a great trade in price. The price of the Q5 was already the best I had found on the internet. The hardest part was getting me a loan approval. I don't how, but they got me an APR that was HALF was I was offered at just about every other place on the east coast. Throughout the entire process, Jonathan went above and beyond. I can go on and on so I'll just end by saying, I'll be driving 4 hours for every future Audi to see Jonathan. More
