He was available, responsive, listened to what I wanted, didn't try to push me to get something I didn't want or couldn't afford, non-salesy. I wasn't pushed to buy the car right after my test drive. He sent me pricing by email as I requested and allowed me to complete some forms prior to coming in such that paperwork took less than 90 minutes. No surprises at all, everything was exactly as written/promised in material sent via email. Highly recommend! More

Great vehicle purchase experience Was in the market for a vehicle to replace my '14 Copper Countryman. Made an appointment to talk with Walter and drive a couple of vehicles. Once I made the decision that I wanted to move forward with purchase, he expeditiously gathered all of my information and made the process as smooth as possible. My experience with the Marcus Robbins in the finance department was equally as efficient.
