After extensive research of luxury brand SUV’s, in October 2025, I decided on an Audi SQ5 Sportsback Prestige model. I contacted Audi dealers in Charleston SC, Hilton Head SC, Columbia SC, and Charlo October 2025, I decided on an Audi SQ5 Sportsback Prestige model. I contacted Audi dealers in Charleston SC, Hilton Head SC, Columbia SC, and Charlotte NC in search of this particular model, blue exterior with black interior. After initial contact with the afore mentioned dealers, I received one maybe two calls from Charleston, Hilton Head and Columbia dealers with Premium Plus Models that were not Sportback editions. Yehor from Charlotte Audi was the only one that kept looking for the vehicle and kept in touch with me. I had honestly given up looking for it until the 2026 models came out. I even tried to order the specific model I was looking for from Audi.usa website however it was not available for order at that time. On Tuesday, December 22nd, Yehor called to inform me he had located the exact vehicle I was looking for in FL and asked me if I wanted to proceed with the sale. I immediately agreed and gave him a deposit. In my experiences, I have never had a salesman continue to try to find the right automobile to satisfy customer. My experience with Yehor and his Sales Manager Dima, was outstanding. In my opinion, they both went above and beyond for me. My wife and I had to make a 3-hour trip to Charlotte to pick up the vehicle. The delivery was slightly delayed therefore, Yehor and Dima had the car brought to me at our hotel the next morning to expedite our trip home. Charlotte Audi is the best Audi dealer in the South Eastern US region if you ask me. Thank you for all you did gentlemen. More
Stay away from the service department. I drove about 45 miles with a completely functioning car with only a check-engine light, expecting a routine diagnosis from a dealership that markets I drove about 45 miles with a completely functioning car with only a check-engine light, expecting a routine diagnosis from a dealership that markets itself as the expert. After their inspection, my Audi was returned undriveable and basically scrap. No one warned me that their diagnostic process carried any risks. They have refused to take accountability and responsibility for the way they returned my car and instead presented me with a very expensive estimate. Three weeks later, my car is still there. I have tried to email various folks to get an explanation and potential resolution, and they are all refusing to respond. Meanwhile, I have been left without a car and they have zero sense of urgency. I guess they only care if you are buying a new car. If you’re thinking of using their service department, please be aware: you may not get full transparency, and you may not get your car back in the condition you left it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the service department to anyone. More

The dealership is 40 minutes away, and when I returned with 45,770 miles (well under the 52,000-mile/5-year coverage), they would not honor the contract. I had scheduled the appointment two months in advance and noted a radio issue which was also an issue at my last visit, but was told on the day of service that it would take several days to diagnose. No loaners were available unless booked months ahead. When I asked to speak with a manager, he sent a message through a salesperson instead. Very Disappointed. My previous experience was great. More
I have been a loyal Audi Charlotte customer for years, having purchased two new Audis and servicing them exclusively here. Six years ago, I even gave them a 5-star review. Unfortunately, this dealership has now lost my business for life. My 2020 Audi Q7 sat immobilized in their service bay for nearly six months due to an engine failure. I purchased platinum warranty coverage through Audi Charlotte, but when the engine failed, I was told I would still owe thousands out-of-pocket — the exact opposite of what I was promised when I bought the coverage. The service advisor, finance manager, and sales staff I worked with were professional, helpful, and apologetic. They clearly tried to assist me. The real breakdown was at the leadership level. Senior management mishandled this situation from beginning to end. Promises were not kept, options I was told would be prepared were not, and when I finalized discussions at the store, leadership did not even extend the courtesy of a handshake or an apology. Instead, the complete opposite of what should have happened occurred. After endless delays and conflicting information, management’s “solution” was to move me into a non-Audi vehicle — essentially dismissing my brand loyalty entirely. In the end, I paid more than I should have just to end the ordeal and walk away. All senior management had to do was step up, treat me like the valuable customer I was, and stand behind the product and warranty they sold me. This experience did not have to end this way. With the right leadership involvement, Audi Charlotte could have earned my trust and business back. Instead, they lost a loyal customer and future business because of poor management and a warranty that was not honored when I needed it most. More
