I always never cared for Audi Of Charlotte and I did own Audi QB but this Richard guy regained my faith in being enthusiastic about their product I just test drove their S6 2013 and he didn't hesitate for Audi QB but this Richard guy regained my faith in being enthusiastic about their product I just test drove their S6 2013 and he didn't hesitate for a second to have me test drive it and the car is a piece if art... Better than my BMW 550i 2012 even with Dinan stage 2 on it!! It is on rails.. If it had the innovation package I would have probably take it from him.. Hey one last word.. Richard.. you seem to be a great guy and know a lot about your car's and I mean a lot more than most of the people I dealt with in your dealership BUT they all smile a little more even when it is fake it still can do wonders -; ) Audi of Charlotte is lucky to have you Richard Dr. B. CJ was wonderful in servicing me as soon i arrived. He directed me to get my paperwork done and also went and grabbed me a loaner car so that i could get back to work quickly. Took my car in for small engine repair and a larger engine problem developed after the repair. Barely made it out of the dealership when problem began. Service department denied causing the problem and refused to work with me. I had to take it to an independent shop that fixed the problem. I don't trust them and will never use their service department again. Should have reviewed these rating first. They are the lowest rated dealership in NC - apparently for good reason. More
I custom ordered a car from this dealership, it took six months to arrive and after I had driven it off the lot I discovered it was not in fact the car I had ordered (a Tdi) but a gas model. Sure it was my fault for not checking over everything, but seriously? I have emails that state exactly what I wanted (I ordered over the phone and online) and figured they listened well enough to get me what I wanted. After a long discussion of what could be done it came down to me waiting another six months for next year's model and paying at least 10% depreciation, or keep it. So I have a very nice car that I am not all that happy with. Also the driveway into the dealership is almost impossible to get in and out of. Take the time to go to Winston-Salem. More
Purchased a Cadillac CTS-V from this dealership. It was an Internet arranged and negotiated deal. The front end went well and was effective. However, the vehicle was delivered without floor mats which I did not realize until I reached my home 250+ miles away. I informed the dealer who informed me"Mats are considered. Ancillary disposable items," Additionally they made some leveraging type statements about my trade in which appeared to me to be a means to say the mats were my problem. I found it interesting this was their initial response to resolving a customers problem on a high end vehicle purchase. Something I would have expected at some basic you buy we finance second hand used car lot. Extremely disappointing event. If you are looking for or expecting a level of service comparable to the amount you are investing in a vehicle this dealer is not the place. Appears to be form over substance type establishment. Head to the Audi dealership in Greenville SC. More

We had a great experience. Anthony M. knew his cars,let us take our time and was patient with all our questions. Anthony Y. was very helpful with the financing. Tony greeted me quickly, but when I asked to get an apprasial on selling my car, I was immediately told that the manager was too busy to see me. Come back when I had an appointment. THEN DROPPED COLD> I walked the lot looking at almost every car.over 30 minutes) before anyone tried to show me an Audi. At MOST dealerships, the salespeople are on you like flys. Peter, who took me on a test drive in the A6 was ok , until I asked what the difference was between the years 2012 and 2013 and told in baby talk "one has a 2 and one has a 3" . Is this some strange sense of humor ?? BOB WHITMORE, SALES MGR wins the prize on poor treatment. WHERE DID THEY GET HIM AND WHY DO THEY KEEP HIM? I was told by Peter they would not let me title the car myself, even though I live out of State and it would be easy for me and EVERY other dealers allows and prefers it. At signing, I was presented papers with the WRONG address. EVEN THOUGH I GAVE THEM IN WRITING HOW I NEEDED THE CAR TITLED. I asked the papers be changed to reflect my CURRENT, CORRECT business address to title my car. Bob refused because their INTERNET search dug up this prior address. It was where my business resided in 1999. I think he was too lazy or incompentent to make the change. I told him this was incorrect nad I didn't want to title to the wrong place and have to change it later on. Bob insisted they would only Title the car at this PRIOR address. WHO DOES THAT? I am a business owner for over 25 years and take legal documents seriously. No DEAL!! I WALKED. I bought an A6 Audi (same features) for over $2000 less and was driven there by the dealer to pick it up. More
