Awful customer service. Had to call multiple times to get assistance with my car warranty. As to date, my car has been with them 5 days and I ask that I be kept in the loop of the service. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I was given the runaround from another dealership in wanting to buy out a company lease personally, and Flow Audi was extremely helpful all around. Recall Service Took Q5 in for a Recall check for Fuel pump flange. Service writer explained to me where the fuel pump was, how they get to it, what they are looking Took Q5 in for a Recall check for Fuel pump flange. Service writer explained to me where the fuel pump was, how they get to it, what they are looking for, how they treat the flange if not replaced. Told me how long it should take. Shuttle service was available if I needed to go somewhere. I waited in a very nice waiting area, since I am out of the local area. My was washed and cleaned inside and I was on my way in the time I was told it would take. Thanked me for bringing it in to Flow. We did buy the Q5 at this location. More
