I took my car here recently to get a new radiator put in. Shaun was the service advisor and was amazing to work with. Was supposed to have an Oil change on a Q7 at 3:30. Things changed and allowed me to visit the dealership earlier. Called Shaun Willard at Service and asked if he could fit me in earlier at 2:30. No pr Things changed and allowed me to visit the dealership earlier. Called Shaun Willard at Service and asked if he could fit me in earlier at 2:30. No problem, arrangements were made and was scheduled for 2:30. Quite helpful since I live 1:30 hrs away. Great job AUDI CKB. Also Kevin at service was very helpful in explaining the time required to address an AUDI recall which will get done on another visit since it can take 3 Hrs. Since 2007 I have purchased 3 VW and 3 AUDI from the original Star Motors to AUDI CKB. Great experiences purchasing and servicing all these vehicles. Thank you More

We have found the Audi Clarksburg dealership especially easy to work with - both for a new vehicle purchase and service of that vehicle. Our experience with Audi Clarksburg was much better than our attempt to shop with the Audi Hilton Head - AutoNation dealership. We would recommend both Audi and Clarksburg dealership to anyone - Audi HH-AUtoNation not so much. More
