Mike has been extremely helpful in getting my Audi worked on. He is pleasant to deal with and has on numerous occasions made arrangements to deliver my car back to me. That has made it very convenient to g on. He is pleasant to deal with and has on numerous occasions made arrangements to deliver my car back to me. They are moving to Bridgeport and I am looking forward to that as it will be closer for me and I suspect much nicer. More
I have been up and down the east coast for the pest several decades and have serviced my Audi’s at many different dealerships. I was worried when I pulled into this one. The place is kind of in disrep several decades and have serviced my Audi’s at many different dealerships. I was worried when I pulled into this one. The place is kind of in disrepair and very old. However, looks can be deceiving. This was one of the best overall trips I’ve had to any Audi dealership. The service folks were great. They were efficient and treated me respectfully and did all they could to get me back on the road when I did not even have an appointment. They said they are moving to a new place next month. As long as they take the people they have at this old place I will be sure to wait for my service and come here when I am in the area. More

The entire sales team, Austin, Chris, and Greg were fantastic to work with. We were able to get the deal we needed through email and by the time we got to the dealership all of the paperwork and car w fantastic to work with. This dealership is very hands on and family oriented atmosphere. Professional and fair. There is a little to be desired by those who answer the phones. Just hire them to answer the phone and nothing else then maybe they won’t feel privileged and disrespect customer service. However my technician Mike was tops.
