What started as a lukewarm visit to Clarksburg Audi has resulted in an excellent experience. I had my A5 in for a quick service that went fine but one of the technicians had left a little grease on my resulted in an excellent experience. I mentioned it in a survey I got and wound up talking to the GM or owner I’m not sure, John Payack. Anyhow, John went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I am a happy customer. Not only did they retrieve the vehicle and clean it but he also filled with gas and offered me a refund on the service. I did not take that as I didn’t think it was a big deal. But I was impressed wit his level of care to take care of a small problem. It meant a lot to me to have a business care about my experience and I will be sure to share it. More

My recall service went perfectly. I actually didn’t know I had an open recall but they notified me via email. It was very easy to schedule online. Audi Clarksburg’s staff has really improved. The service was uneven in the past. Sometimes we would have good visits and other times not so good. We had a great trip to Audi Clarksburg. I called a bunch of dealerships and wound up going here although they are about a 3 hour drive for me.
